Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Kortech, Inc. operates VisiHawk. This policy describes information processed by the VisiHawk website, app, billing and support services.
Information We Process
We process your account email, company or workspace name, subscription status, payment references, uploaded project content, rendered plan images, saved versions, generated reports and support communications. Our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request records and security events. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout; VisiHawk does not receive your full card number or security code.
Why We Use It
We use this information to activate accounts, authenticate users, process subscriptions, save projects, generate reports, recover access, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Your drawings are not public website content. We do not sell customer lists or drawings for money, or use customer drawings to train AI models. Optional advertising measurement is described below.
Sample Reports And Optional Emails
When you request a sample report, we process your email address, verification and download-request records, and your optional marketing preference. We send a verification email through Resend. Clicking the verification button confirms access to that inbox and unlocks the sample; it does not create a paid account. Only verified addresses enter our sample contact list. Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default and recorded separately with its confirmation time and wording version. Requesting a sample alone does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact info@visihawk.com to withdraw marketing permission or request deletion. Any future marketing messages will include an unsubscribe option.
Verification links expire after 30 minutes, and verified downloads after 10 minutes. Temporary request records older than 24 hours are removed when the sample service next processes a request or during maintenance. We retain verified sample contacts to manage the request and any permitted follow-up, subject to your deletion request. We also use limited request counters, including hashed network identifiers, to prevent repeated or automated email requests. Verification tokens and email addresses are not sent to Google Ads by this sample flow.
Service Providers
We use Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and private storage, Render for the application and report service, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. They receive the information needed for their role. Authorized support personnel may access information as needed to operate, troubleshoot or secure the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and users. The service uses infrastructure in the United States; provider processing may also occur in other locations described in their policies.
Browser Storage And Advertising Measurement
Required browser storage supports preferences, project functionality, authentication and purchase-status recovery. These features work whether you allow or decline optional measurement.
If you choose Allow Measurement, the marketing website loads the Google Ads tag to measure which advertisements lead to initial paid subscriptions. Google may receive advertising-cookie and ad-click identifiers, your IP address and browser information, the page location, purchase value and currency, and a transaction reference created for measurement. That reference cannot sign in to your account or recover a purchase. We do not include your email, company name, card details, project content, or sign-in and purchase-recovery tokens in conversion events. The conversion value is the verified initial subscription price before tax, not future renewal revenue.
The tag stays off until you allow measurement. Declining does not send denied-consent measurement pings. We do not enable personalized advertising, remarketing audiences, enhanced conversions that match customer contact information, or Google Analytics in this setup. Google processes measurement information under its own policies: How Google Uses Information From Partner Sites.
Your Measurement Choices
Use Privacy Choices at the bottom of the marketing site to allow or decline measurement. We remember that choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep optional measurement off, including when an earlier choice allowed it. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement, removes accessible Google Ads first-party measurement cookies and may reload the page. It does not erase information already sent to Google. You can also clear browser cookies and storage.
When allowed, local transaction references used to avoid duplicate conversion events are retained for up to 90 days. Google Ads first-party cookie lifetime is configured to 90 days; clearing cookies or browser limits can shorten this. These browser periods do not set Google's own retention periods. If measurement is declined, blocked, or the purchase confirmation page is not reopened, the purchase may not appear in advertising reports. VisiHawk's billing and account access are unaffected.
Retention And Deletion
We retain account and project information to provide the service, support recovery and let customers return after cancellation. Canceling billing does not itself delete a workspace. Email info@visihawk.com to request deletion. We verify control of the account before disclosing or deleting private information. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention and legal records for the relevant accounting, dispute or legal purposes. Deleted information may remain in backups until their retention cycle expires.
Your Choices
You can download project backups, manage or cancel your subscription online, and contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We handle requests according to applicable law and explain any necessary limitations. Please keep source plans and backups outside VisiHawk. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details to support.
Children
VisiHawk is intended for adult professional and business users. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Changes And Contact
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes affecting existing accounts will also be communicated to the account email. Contact Kortech, Inc. at info@visihawk.com with privacy questions or requests.
